Dr Lam is a specialist in paediatric and community medicine and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Haven of Hope Christian Service.  Under his leadership, Haven of Hope Christian Service is one of the pioneers in the provision of holistic care for the elderly in Hong Kong.
He is a non-official member of the Executive Council of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He also serves as the Chairman of the Elderly Commission to advise the Government on the related policies.  He is also the Supervisory Board Member of the HK Housing Society.
Dr Lam has been honored by the HKSAR Government with the Justice of Peace in 2003 and Silver Bauhinia Star in 2019 respectively.  In 2018, apart from receiving Honorary Fellowship from Lingnan University, he was also given the Ageing Asia Global Ageing Influencer Award for his devotion to public services and his influence on policy-making for the global ageing trend.

Mrs Laurie M. Orlov, a tech industry veteran, writer, speaker and elder care advocate, is the founder of Aging and Health Technology Watch – market research, trends, blogs and reports that provide thought leadership, analysis and guidance about health and aging-related technologies and services for older adults. Mrs Orlov spent many years in the technology industry, including 9 years at analyst firm Forrester Research. She has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times.
She has a graduate certification in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida and a BA in Music from the University of Rochester.   

Prof Jeffrey Kaye is the Layton Professor of Neurology and Biomedical Engineering at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). He directs the NIA-Layton Aging & Alzheimer's Disease Center and ORCATECH, the Oregon Center for Aging & Technology at OHSU. He has led several major longitudinal studies: Intelligent Systems for Detection of Aging Changes (ISAAC), the ORCATECH Life Laboratory, Ambient Independence Measures for Guiding Care Transitions, and the Collaborative Aging Research Using Technology (CART) Initiative studies, all using pervasive computing and sensing technologies for assessment and intervention. He serves on many national and international panels and boards in the fields of geriatrics, neurology and technology, and is an author of over 400 scientific publications. 

Mr Saraga ,CBE, FREng, FInstP, FIET, obtained an MA degree in Natural Sciences (Physics) at Cambridge University and an MPhil in Electrical Engineering at Imperial College.   
He spent the main part of his career working for Philips Research. He was Director of Philips Research Laboratories UK from 1992 to 2002 where he was responsible for major research programmes including displays, wireless communications and interactive digital television. Since 2002 Mr Saraga has undertaken a portfolio of non-executive and advisory roles particularly in Higher Education and science policy. 
Mr Saraga has chaired the Advisory Board of the Ambient Assisted (AAL) Living Association between 2008 and 2018 and acts as President since 2018. 

Dr Henk Herman Nap has a background in Cognitive Ergonomics and a PhD in Gerontechnology at Eindhoven University of Technology.  
Currently he works at Vilans - the national expertise centre on long-term care in The Netherlands - as an expert in eHealth and visiting researcher at the TU/e specifically on the field of gerontechnology for people with dementia and AI & ethics. He is involved in 7 European Active and Assisted Living (AAL) projects and coordinator of 2.  Specialties: Gerontechnology, Usability, Human-Technology Interaction, eHealth, Ethnography, Smart Living, Cognitive Ergonomics, Policy, Health Care, Statistics, Serious Gaming, Senior Gamers, Human Factors, AAL. 

Mr Etsuaki Morikawa presented a brand-new value of elderly care service by developing the large-scale lasting compound community which involves senior livings. In 2005, Good Time Living Co., Ltd. (at that time ORIX Living Corp.), a management company for nursing homes, was established, and he became president. From then, Mr. Morikawa creates “evolving nursing care services” under strong leadership.
His effort of revising the stereotypes of long-term care services through active introduction and joint development of robotic care equipment and business improvement using ICT has been highly regarded, with the result that he was awarded the Ageing Asia Global Ageing Influencer in 2018. 

Mr Ebbesvik has a background as a journalist, but has for the past six years worked with entrepreneurship. He became a part of the Motitech team in 2017, and was central in the establishment and execution of Road Worlds for Seniors in 2017 - an event that today is an international success with thousands of older people from all over the world participating- hosted by the Norwegian company Motitech. 
Motitech's Road Worlds for Seniors is a unique championship. It allows older people and people with dementia to take part in a global sporting event - even though they might live in a long term care facility. The championship makes the cyclists become a part of something bigger.  
Mr Ebbesvik also works within communications and marketing in Motitech. 

Ms Etkin is a Gerontologist by training and a tech enthusiast by nature. After working with older adults in the non-profit sector, she transitioned into the hi-tech industry. 
Named one of the most influential people in aging by Next Avenue, Keren founded TheGerontechnologist.com, a website covering the AgeTech ecosystem. Her work was featured in several prominent publications. She is also a public speaker and consultant for startups and investors in AgeTech. 
Currently, she's co-founder & VP Product at Sensi.Ai, which developed the first and only audio-based solution to keep human interactions secure, in at-risk environments, like the long-term care industry. 
Previously, she worked at Intuition Robotics – the startup behind ElliQ, the world's first social robot designed with and for older adults. 

Mrs Cawthray has worked within the elderly social care sector for over 28 years including hands on support and care, business management and strategic planning, marketing and fundraising and specialising in Nutrition, Hydration and Dementia.
She has been the Chief Executive of Harrogate Neighbours Housing Association for 15 years supporting older people in the care and Extra Care Sector and the Meals on Wheels Service and received the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service for her food service in June 2020.
Mrs Cawthray has been a member of the National Association of Care Catering holding various roles including National Chair in 2007/8 and then taking over as National Chair in 2019. 

Mr Jahnke became a carer when his grandfather was hospitalised after a fall.  As he was unable to find tech-based solutions to meet his family's needs, he found Umps Health, with the goal of supporting older people to remain safe, well and independent at home. The Umps Smart Home is now one of the most widely used smart home services in the Australian aged care sector.
Mr Jahnke's background is at the intersection of technology and public health. One of his earliest roles was at Cochlear China. Prior to founding Umps Health, he worked for Ericsson where he led the development of digital infrastructure projects that leveraged the Internet of Things and AI to create more livable and accessible cities. 
He is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Melbourne Accelerator Program, where he advises several startups working in aged care and disability. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma of Languages (Mandarin) and Master of Public Health from the University of Melbourne. 

Dr Amimori is the co-founder and CEO of Xenoma. He developed smart apparel "e-skin", a 2020 CES Innovation Award product. He was engaged in new business projects at FUJIFILM for 18 years. After leaving FUJIFILM, he has been devoting himself to creating new social values utilizing leading-edge technologies. He received his Ph.D. degree in material science from Brown university in 2006. 

Ms Harrington is a passionate social entrepreneur who has founded several technology businesses. More recently, she has dedicated her passion and skills to social impact and has completed post-graduate studies in social impact at UNSW. During her studies, she applied her technology expertise to create an innovative project that utilised silent disco technology to create better physical and mental health outcomes for seniors.  
Ms Harrington has presented at Aging 2.0 in San Francisco, is a 2020 finalist for female entrepreneur program “SheEO” and was a finalist in the 2019 Australian innovAGEING National Award. 
She is committed to re-inventing aging and utilising technology to assist those living with dementia and their families by creating connections, conversations and joyful moments. 

Dr Le Riche has a PhD in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology. She found her passion during design projects that influence people's behaviour and contribute to their health. Her dissertation 'Playful Design for Activation' entails an evidence-based approach of developing a product service system to stimulate physical activity of people with severe dementia. She is fascinated by how people interact with each other and with products, especially of whom that perceive the world differently. She is passionate about research and design that benefit people with (cognitive) challenges, their carers and family members. 
During her PhD, she designed the 'Tovertafel'. The serious games on the Tovertafel use interactive light animations on the dining table in care homes. These games reduce apathy by stimulating physical and cognitive activity and social interaction. Her strong and authentic aim to contribute to the residents' quality of life, the carers' enjoyment in their work and to meaningful encounters between family members makes the success of her company. Her mission is to evoke 10 million moments of joy per day in care and education. 

Mr Beleno was a caregiver to his father who lived with Alzheimer's for 10+ years to age at home until January 2018. He is known for his creative strategies utilizing innovation, technology, and community to support his family's life to live as best as possible. 
Mr Beleno is an active advocate, advisor, mentor, and coach to caregivers, people living with dementia, students, innovators, organizations, and educational institutions. In Canada, he is the Co-Chair for AGE-WELL NCE's Older Adult and Caregiver Advisory Committe. He is also with the Centre for Aging & Brain Health Innovation (CABHI) on the Seniors Advisory Panel. 

Holding the title of Senior Advisor, Mr Andersson is responsible for the combined Nordic efforts within health and assistive technology. Placed at The Nordic Welfare Centre, he has the professional and budgetary responsibility for all projects and initiatives that is introduced within the welfare technology. The area receives its mandate from the ministerial councils or directly from the five Nordic governments. 
Between 2007-2012, Mr Andersson was head of program for three government assignments in the field of welfare technology called Technology for elderly I and II and a mapping of welfare technology in elderly care in Swedish municipalities. 

Dr Carmen Ng is currently the General Manager (Elderly Services) of the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS), overseeing the elderly housing and related services to assist the elderly to age in place. Before joining HKHS, Dr Ng had been the Head of Consumer Education of the Consumer Council, Secretary-General of the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund of the Labour and Welfare Bureau, Executive Director of the Hong Kong  Alzheimer's Disease Association, and Chief Operating Officer of the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association, where she assisted in developing new service models to respond to the changing needs of the elderly and the society at large. 

Mr Fujisaki was graduated from the College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Nihon University in April 1993. He then joined the Japan Canners Association. In 2004, he was appointed to Dissemination Manager. He has become the Secretary General of the Japan Care Food Conference since April 2006. 
Mr Fujisaki engaged in the promotion, planning and research of canned, bottled and retort pouch foods. He also holds the post of public relations and researcher for the Japan Care Food Conference. 

Dr Richard G. Caro is co-founder of Tech-enhanced Life, a public-benefit corporation with the mission of improving the quality of life of older adults and their families. For several years now his work has focused on the intersection of aging and technology.
Dr Caro started his career as a researcher at Stanford University, and then spent a number of years developing novel medical products including medical lasers for minimally invasive surgery, and ophthalmology (e.g. LASIK). He has a D.Phil in Physics from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar, and has 24 patents. 

Dr Gutman, PhD is President of the North American chapter of the International Society for Gerontechnology, Vice-president of the International Longevity Centre-Canada, Past-president of the Canadian Association on Gerontology and the International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics. She is co-editor (with Andrew Sixsmith) of 'Technologies for Active Aging' (Springer, 2013) and has published widely on seniors housing, long term care, health promotion, prevention of elder abuse, and seniors and disasters. She established the Gerontology Research Centre and Department of Gerontology at Simon Fraser University and is recipient of many awards and honours including the Order of Canada, Canada's highest non-military award.
Dr Gutman is also on the Advisory of MindfulGarden Digital Health and is the Principal Investigator on the first feasibility clinical studies for MindfulGarden, which is a digital treatment of hyperactive dementia in long-term care setting.   

Ms Jenny Choi holds a Bachelor's Degree of Social Science (Social Work) and Master's Degree in Gerontology. She is currently working as the Senior Manager of Continuing Care in St James' Settlement. Having nearly 20 years of experience in serving elders, she is still ambitious for serving our elders in Hong Kong by developing innovative projects, like '656carer.com' to echo the changing needs for elders and their carers.

Mr Ken Lee is the Project Director of Jockey Club "age at home" Gerontech Education and Rental Service. He takes the role of project organizer to coordinate with the other three core operators to implement this pilot service.
Prior to joining the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, he worked on rural development, emergency relief, recovery and rehabilitation, migration, child protection, and community resilience with World Vision International – China and the Hong Kong Red Cross in a range of contexts including Mainland China. He has also contributed to work on pregnant girl services and grant giving at Mother's Choice and Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation respectively.
Ken holds a Master in Development Studies with distinction achievement from the City University of Hong Kong. 

Mr Lau is the Acting Director (Services) of Hong Kong Red Cross (HKRC). He is a registered social worker with over 17 years of extensive managerial experience in community and rehabilitation services. He joined HKRC in 2012 and has developed different new initiatives including the first blended learning first aid training course in Hong Kong, and 6 blended training courses were developed within 2.5 years. Eric has lots of achievements in building community resilience including the launching of mobile disaster preparedness education truck and VR games in Hong Kong. He also contributed to the community health and hygiene promotion programmes during the time of COVID-19 outbreak.

Ms Wu has over 19 years of elderly service experiences. She managed and developed different elderly services including elderly outreach service, hidden elders service, counseling service and innovative projects.
She established 'ELCHK, Smart Club' dementia specific training units, designed and manufactured a series of training materials for the Chinese elder with dementia.
She also developed and provided dementia care training for professional and supporting staffs.
 

Mr Chan is the past Chairman of Hong Kong Food Science & Technology Association. He is a part-time lecturer of Food Management & Marketing MSc Program in University of Hong Kong at present.
He is also the author to several chapters of 'Handbook of Food Chemistry', a publication of Springer (Germany).

Mr Chua is the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), which represents over 480 non-governmental social services organisations. The HKCSS aims at building a socially sustainable society through enhancing social services and policies development and promoting cross-sectoral collaboration.
Mr Chua has participated in a number of advisory or statutory bodies of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is currently a member of the Land and Development Advisory Committee, the Elderly Commission, and the Advisory Committee on Mental Health. 

Ms Grace Chan has worked in the social welfare arena for over 24 years. She is the Business Director of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS), and serves as a member of Board of Directors and the International Vice President of the International Federation on Ageing. Ms Chan was formally invited as a member of the Strategic Advisory Group for the World Health Organization Global Network of Age-friendly Cities and Communities in 2013. She also served in Elderly Commission and participated in some networks, committees and appeal boards in the statutory bodies of Hong Kong. Her areas of expertise include caregiving, long-term care, age-friendly cities and communities, elderly participation, lifelong learning and innovation and technology for ageing. Ms Chan joined HKCSS in 2006 and established the team of Innovation and Technology for Ageing in 2017 taking the lead in the development of several innovative services, including Gerontechnology Platform, Jockey Club "age at home" Gerontech Education and Rental Service, and Stair Climbing Service, etc. In 2019, she was awarded as Ageing Asia Global Ageing Influencer, in honouring the outstanding achievements of the most influential leader impacting ageing in the Asia Pacific.

Ms McCabe is the Chief Executive Officer of Dementia Australia. A recognised leader in the health and aged care sector, she brings extensive experience across the health, mental health and aged care sectors to her current role. 
Her career accomplishments include leading the successful unification of Alzheimer's Australia and rebranding to Dementia Australia, the development of internationally recognised technology at Alzheimer's Australia Vic which is now used nationally and internationally, and taking executive roles in aged care ad mental health.
She is a member of a number of commonwealth health and aged care sector committees and Boards. Internationally Maree is a member of the Alzheimer's Disease International Asia Pacific Regional Committee and Chair of the Nominations Committee.   

Shen Yiru (PhD) is the CEO and Founder of SilverConnect. She holds a PhD in Physiology and an MSc in Biochemistry. She brings with her business management and technical expertise which she has gained throughout multinational companies like Thermo Fisher Chemicals, Sysmex Healthcare and Abbott Molecular. Her technical experience will help and contribute significantly SilverConnect's growth in terms of product development and penetration of new accounts. Before taking over SilverConnect Pte Ltd in 2019, she was heading the medical device commercialization business unit at Accelerate (A*STAR commercialization arm). She worked with many startups and this motivated her to start her own company in medical nutrition in Singapore. 

Dr Chai assumed the position of Chairman of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation in 2018. In the same year, he was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) by the HKSAR Chief Executive for his outstanding contribution to promoting the innovation and technology development in Hong Kong, and was conferred a University Fellowship by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong in 2004. 
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (USA), and completed an Executive MBA program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. In 2010, he was awarded the Doctor of Engineering from City University of Hong Kong. 

Mr Lam joined the Social Welfare Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in July 1987. He held office as Assistant Director of Social Welfare (Subventions) from September 2010 to June 2012, and as Assistant Director of Social Welfare (Rehabilitation and Medical Social Services) from June 2012 to September 2013. 
Mr Lam has since September 2013 been taking up the post of Deputy Director of Social Welfare (Services), taking care of the planning and development of social welfare services. He is currently Chairperson of the Assessment Panel of the Information and Technology Fund for Application in Elderly and Rehabilitation Care.

Ms Chau is the Director (Long Term Care, International and China Programmes) of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation.  She currently supervises the Hong Kong Jockey Club Shenzhen Society for Rehabilitation Shenzhen Yee Hong Height in Mainland, Tsang Shiu Tim Home for the Elderly, and Lee Quo Wei Day Rehabilitation & Care Centre in Hong Kong.  Recently, she is preparing the establishment of an innovative project called the Personalized, Holistic and Integrative Rehabilitative Care Project funded by Hong Kong Jockey Club.
Ms Chau is also a member of the Specialized Committee on Elderly Service of The HKCSS and the Steering Committee of Elderly Care Services Recognition of Prior Learning Scheme of Hong Kong Association of Gerontology. 

Prof Tsoi is an Epidemiologist specialized in digital health. He was invited to join the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013. His research interests focus on digital innovation in chronic disease management and big data application in the healthcare industry. In 2018, he set up DeepHealth Limited to deliver innovative healthcare solutions to the community. His team developed a mobile blood pressure management platform 'HealthCap', which encourages citizens to measure and record blood pressure for chronic disease prevention. 

Dr Kelly Murphy is a registered clinical psychologist, specializing in neuropsychology, at Baycrest Health Sciences in Toronto, Canada, and an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Toronto. She also holds adjunct faculty appointments in the graduate psychology programs at York University and Queen's University.  
She obtained her PhD from Western University and completed a post-doctoral research fellowship at the Rotman Research Institute. Dr Murphy has authored and co-authored numerous research publications and a book 'Living with Mild Cognitive Impairment: A Guide to Maximizing Brain Health and Reducing Risk of Dementia' published by Oxford University Press.  
She is the lead creator of a behavioural intervention program for older adults at risk of dementia called 'Learning the Ropes for Living with MCI®' and is the co-creator of ArtontheBrain™ a web-based participative arts activity designed for older adults. Dr Murphy is actively engaged in student training, teaching, and cognitive aging research and innovation.  

Dr Riek is a professor in Computer Science at UC San Diego, and jointly appointed in Emergency Medicine at UCSD Health. She directs the Healthcare Robotics Lab, and leads research in healthcare robotics and human-robot interaction. Her recent work includes creating neurorehabilitation and wellness interventions that are personalized to individuals, including people with dementia and their caregivers. She received the Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, and B.S. in Logic and Computation from Carnegie Mellon. 
Dr Riek has received numerous awards, including the NSF CAREER and several best paper awards. 

Mr Wong oversees The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust's grant making matters related to Elderly, Sports, Family Services, Environmental Protection, and Digital Transformation.
Before joining the Club, Mr Wong was CEO & Executive Director of Lark International Group Ltd. He also held management positions at Hong Kong Disneyland and was a consultant of The Boston Consulting Group.
He acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Social Science in Law and Public Affairs from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr Kenny Shui is currently the Assistant Research Director and Head of Economic Development Research in Our Hong Kong Foundation, specialising in the research of Economic Analysis and Development, as well as Innovation and Technology. He is one of the authors of various Innovation and Technology reports including Gerontechnology Landscape report, and is responsible for a series of advocacy work on promoting Gerontechnology in Hong Kong.

Dr Jane Lee is Director of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) Welfare Council and Chairperson of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force. She is also Member of other committees including Commission on Poverty, Community Care Fund Task Force, Lump Sum Grant Steering Committee, Antiquities Advisory Board, Advisory Committee on Built Heritage Conservation, Elderly Care Service Industry Training Advisory Committee, Assessment Panel of the Innovation and Technology Fund for the Better Living.  
In NGO governing bodies, she is Executive Committee Member of St James Settlement, Vice-chairman of Management Committee of HKSKH Lady MacLehose Centre, and Council Member of Sheng Kung Hui St. Christopher's Home Limited.  
In education sector, she serves as Supervisor of SKH Lui Ming Choi Secondary School, School Manager of The True Light Middle School of Hong Kong, Vice-chair of School Council of Macau Anglican College, Vice-chair of School Council of Sheng Kung Hui Choi Kou School (Macau), Council Member of St. John’s College, University of Hong Kong.

Ms Martha Hao, currently the Business Consultant of Wise Ally Holdings Ltd. focusing in electronic modules and solutions for worldwide markets. She is also the founder of XPlatform Limited, driving digital transformation for SMEs and collaborate with strategic partners in both China and Overseas for cross industries AI related solutions. Ms Martha Hao has comprehensive experiences in General Management, Strategic Planning, International Business Development, Project Management and R&D. She held a number of senior management roles and possesses wide experiences in working with both startups and MNC. She is also actively serving the industries and community in different roles and responsibilities and is currently a Chairperson of Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association (HKMHDIA), Council Member of Internet of Things Alliances (IoTA), Industries Advisory Committee Member of HKTDC, and Fellow of Asia Pacific Institute for Strategy.

Ms Yvonne Yeung is the Managing Director of GCI Health (Hong Kong), an international healthcare communications agency. She has worked for the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, Ogilvy Public Relations and South China Morning Post. She is also a mentor of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) Mentorship Programme and a part-time lecturer at the HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education. 

Ms Yeung is enthusiastic about health education and community services. With extensive experiences in public relations, communications and marketing, Yvonne provides consultancy services for medical associations, multinational pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions and non-governmental organizations. 

Ms Johansson brings more than 15 years of work experience in China and Hong Kong. Having graduated in economics and Chinese studies in 2001, she moved on to work for several Nordic large companies as well as startups. In 2007, she moved to Shanghai to help a Swedish firm that wanted to expand into the Chinese market. In 2011, she was hired as the Asia area manager for a leading Nordic company in the raw material sector. After five years in that position, she continued as a consultant for a Swedish internet company that wanted to expand its client base in Hong Kong and mainland China. Ms Johansson is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Swedish. She enjoys working across cultures and helping bridge the gap between the Nordic countries and Asia. 
With a successful international career spanning Europe, the US, and Asia, as well as a range of industries including venture capital, private banking, raw materials, and digital, Ms Johansson thrives the most when taking on significant responsibilities, managing cross-culture projects, and engaging with people.
 

Ms Rosalind Pang has over 20 years of working experience in elderly residential sector. She has been the superintendent of Caritas residential home for 14 years and is responsible for the management, leading multi-discipline teamwork and developing different services including IT development, end of life care, dementia holistic care planning and meal quality etc. She has participated in "The 46th International Home Care & Rehabilitation Exhibition cum study visit" organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service in September 2019.

Mr Lee is currently Chief Engineer of Health Sector 1, responsible for the provision of operation, maintenance, procurement and project management for biomedical electronics, electrical, mechanical, building services, and general electronics installations in public hospitals, clinics, laboratories and medical laundries in Hong Kong.  In his former post, he was responsible for corporate support functions, including the promotion of innovation and technology development in the department.
