EHMS is an online website system for managing a care home and is completely cross-platform. It consists of six modules: Drug Management; Vital Sign Management; Caring Management; Individual Care Plan; KARDEX and Invoicing. An additional module is client information system including contacts, diet, incident and accident records to satisfy all requirement by the Social Welfare Department and the Health Department. The system received The Hong Kong “ICT Awards (HKICT Awards) 2018: ICT Startup (Social Impact)” Bronze Medal and is being used by more than 50 care homes in Hong Kong.
