YWCA uses SMARTfit for cognitive training and rehabilitation training. The therapist provides different levels and combinations of training program for individual, group or fitness training programme based on the assessment results of the service users. The training program involved game elements that will strength the effectiveness of training. At the same time, SMARTfit can objectively record the activity accuracy, cognitive ability and reaction time of service users, which helps to review training results and monitor training progress.
