The Services for the Elderly, Caritas Hong Kong promotes soft meal in its Elderly Home Services. The newly Resource and Support Centre for Carers even conducted soft meal workshops for the elderly carers, so that they can learn how to make the soft meal for their elder family members. We hope to preserve the dignity and happiness of the elderly through eating well. We hope to promote soft meal service in the social service and let more carers to learn how to make the soft meal through participating in the GIES this year.
