The scope of the visiting pharmacist service includes: 1. Comprehensive medical records processing; 2. Establishing an electronic medical record; 3. Reviewing medication records and reviewing the correctness of drug prescriptions; 4. Contacting relevant medical teams to identify the correctness of residents’ use of medicines; 5. Develop standard procedures for handling medicines; 6. review regularly to strengthen and improve the quality of worker; 7. educate staff and residents on medicine knowledge; and 8. provide appropriate support to staff. The visiting dispenser will dispense drugs in the nursing home under the supervision of a pharmacist.
