“HealthCap” captures readings from a blood pressure meter to digitize and store the data conveniently via the photo-taking function of a smart phone. HealthCap centre solution has been launched with add-on features (e.g. blood glucose management), which is now available for a free trial for elderly centres and healthcare institutions. HealthCap centre solution offers a range of services including but not limited to health seminars or workshops by academia from CUHK, to enhance the efficiency of health management.
